Support the Refuge from Cruel Trapping Act!

The Refuge from Cruel Trapping Act would ban the use of cruel body-gripping traps within the U.S. National Wildlife Refuge System, protecting wildlife, people, and pets from the indiscriminate dangers of trapping on these protected lands.

Body-gripping traps, snares, and steel-jaw leghold traps are permitted on 11.1 million acres of land within the National Wildlife Refuge System. This means your tax dollars fund the killing of animals who are supposed to be protected, and the endangerment of people and pets who use these lands.
